
About Alsace
To Alsace, yoga goes beyond your mat and into your daily life, sport, and spirit. Having practiced yoga for over a decade, Alsace’s style of teaching is anchored in alignment, creativity, strength, and Tapas(lighting the inner fire). Alignment of the human body, as well as alignment of the mind, to tap into your inner fire and strength to cultivate a life of wellness.
In addition to her Degree in Kinesiology, and working as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach, Alsace has been working with individuals as a Certified Exercise Physiologist since 2015, before deepening her personal yoga practice and becoming a 500-RYT.
Passionate about sports, connecting with others around the world through yoga, and travel. Alsace shines when teaching privates, group classes, and leading teams and professionals through her signature Yoga for Athletes program.

Community
I believe that yoga can benefit everyone and should be accessible for everyone.
I create unique and relevant classes to fit the audience (local guides, bridal parties, children's groups, businesses, organizations etc.). It can be fun, challenging, relaxing, or tailored/themed specifically for your group.
